Food
Libby Holland creates seasonal food experiences inspired by the rhythms of the natural world.
Working at the intersection of food, art, and agriculture, she designs intimate gatherings that celebrate the beauty of a particular place and season. Drawing from California's farms, gardens, orchards, and coastline, her menus are guided by what is growing at its peak, allowing ingredients to speak for themselves through thoughtful, unfussy cooking.
Her approach is also deeply influenced by her Greek heritage, where food is inseparable from hospitality, family, and celebration. This influence can be found throughout her work: abundant tables meant for sharing, vibrant seasonal produce, generous use of olive oil, herbs, citrus, grains, and vegetables, and meals that encourage guests to linger long after the last course has been served. More than specific recipes, it is the spirit of Greek hospitality—the belief that gathering around a table is one of life's greatest pleasures—that informs every experience she creates.
